Presentation of the Festival Painting

The 2016 festival painting entitled 'Evening Bann' by award winning local Kilrea artist, Conor Larkin was taken from an original picture by local photographer, Sharon Gibson. 

Conor has been producing award winning paintings for Gig'n the Bann over the last number of years. This year he has presented the painting to the committee to raise funds for the festival's new highly anticipated event, Busk'n the Bann. The painting will be displayed in All Occasions, Main Street, Portglenone for the duration of the festival. It has been priced by Conor at £395.00.

Sadly due to family ties and high demand for Conor's services throughout the world this will be his final year as the festival artist. The committee would like to thank Conor for his expertise and friendship and wish him continued success in the future in all his endeavours.
